Whereas, the State Government is of the opinion that it is expedient so to do in the public interest;

Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by Section 6 of the Madhya Pradesh Vritti Kar Adhiniyam, 1995 (No. 16 of 1995), the State Government hereby exempts with effect from 1st April, 2010 to 31st March, 2025 the class of persons specified in column (1) of the table below subject to the conditions specified in column (2) of the said table from the operation of all the provisions of the said Act:-

Persons with disability as defined in clause (t) of section 2 of the Persons with Disabilities (Equal Opportunities Protection of Rights and Full Participation) Act, 1995 (No. 1 of 1996)	Such person produces or causes to be produced a certificate issued by the medical authority as defined in clause (p) of section 2 of the Persons with Disabilities (Equal Opportunities Protection of Rights and Full Participation) Act, 1995 (No. 1 of 1996) for the purpose that the person claiming exemption is suffering from disability in relation to the period for which exemption is claimed :
