Body Notification No. F 12 (5) FD/ Tax/ 11-22, Dated 2^nd February, 2011.

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 8 of the Rajasthan Value Added Tax Act, 2003 (Act No. 4 of 2003), the State Government being of the opinion that it is expedient in the public interest so to do, hereby exempts from payment of tax payable under the said Act, the purchase of food made by the Member Secretary, Rajya Yuva Board, Jaipur for the participants and officials of the 16^th National Youth Festival 2011 organized at Udaipur from 12 to 16 January, 2011 on the condition that the officer duly authorized by the Member Secretary, Rajya Yuva Board, Jaipur shall issue to the selling registered dealer a certificate in form given below:-

CERTIFICATE

I, .......................... (Name) ..................(Designation).......... duly authorized by the Member Secretary, Rajya Yova Board, Jaipur do hereby certify that the food purchased form M/s.....................having, registration Number (TIN)................... is for exclusive use for the participants and officials of 16^th National Youth Festival- 2011 organized at Udaipur during 12 to 16 January, 2011.
