Body NOTIFICATION No. F 12(5) FD/Tax-Div/11-121, Dated 2nd February, 2011.

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3A) of section 8 of the Rajasthan Value Added Tax Act, 2003 (Act No. 4 of 2003) the State Government being of the opinion that it is expedient in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following amendment in Schedule II appended to the said Act, withb effect from 12-01-2011 namely:-

AMENDMENT

In Schedule II appended to the said Act, after the existing serial number 45, the following new serial number 46 and entries thereto shall be added, namely:-

46	Member Secretary, Rajya Yuva Board, Jaipur.
