In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (2-A) of rule 75 of the Madhya Pradesh Vat Rules, 2006, the State Government, hereby, provides that a registered dealer who opts to receive Form 49 electronically, shall be issued a declaration in Form 49 duly filled electronically through the official web portal of the department (www.mptax.net/www.mptax.gov.in) in accordance with the instructions given in the web portal.

2. The dealer who opts to receive Form 49 electronically shall not ordinarily be entitled to get Form 49 issued in any other manner.
