Whereas the State Government is satisfied that it is necessary so to do, with a view to prevent or check evasion of tax under the Madhya Pradesh Vat Act, 2002 (No. 20 of 2002).

Now, therefore in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 57 of the Madhya Pradesh Vat Act, 2002 (No. 20 of 2002) , the State Government hereby sets up check posts and erects barriers at the places specified in the Table below from 1st February , 2011.
