In exercise of powers conferred by Sub-Section (3) of section 21 of the Rajasthan Valued Added Tax Act 2003 (Act No. 4 of 2003), I, Niranjan Arya, Commissioner, Commercial Taxes, Rajasthan, being of the opinion that it is expedient in the public interest so to do, hereby extend the date of submission of annual return for the year 2009-10, to be furnished by a dealer under sub-rule (1A) of rule 19A of Rajasthan Value Added Tax Rules, 2006, upto 14-02-2011.
