Body NOTIFICATION No. F 4(102) FD/Tax-Div/04-104, Dated 28th December, 2010.

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3A) of section 8 of the Rajasthan Value Added Tax Act, 2003 (Act No. 4 of 2003) the State Government being of the opinion that it is expedient in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following amendment in Schedule II appended to the said Act, namely:-

AMENDMENT

In Schedule II appended to the said Act, after the existing serial number 44, the following new serial number 45 and entries thereto shall be added, namely:-

M/s SAMTEL GLASS LTD, Kota (formerly known as M/s. Samcor Glass Ltd. Kota)

This notification shall be deemed to have come into force with effect from April 01, 2006.
