In exercise of the powers conferred by section 26 of the Maharashtra State Tax on Professions, Trades, Callings and Employments Acts, 1975 (Mah, XVI of 1975), the Commissioner of Profession Tax, Maharashtra State Mumbai, is hereby pleased to delegate to the Joint Commissioner of Profession Tax, Deputy Commissioner of Profession Tax, Assistant Commissioner of Profession Tax and Profession Tax Officer the powers and duties of the Commissioner under section 7 of the Maharashtra State Tax on Professions, Trades, Calling and Employments Act, 1975.
