In exercise of the powers conferred by section 37 of the Andhra Pradesh Tax on Professions, Trades, Callings and Employments Act, 1987 (Act No.22 of 1987), the Governor of Andhra Pradesh hereby makes the following amendment to the First Schedule of the said Act.

AMENDMENT

In the First Schedule, for the Sl.No.14 against entries in columns (2) and (3) thereof, the following shall be substituted, namely;-

"14	Holders of permits of transport vehicles (other than auto – rickshaws) granted under the motor Vehicles Act, 1988.
	(i.) If possess permit for one vehicle	750/- per annum
	(ii.) If possess permit for two vehicles	1500/- per annum
	(iii.) If possess permit for three vehicles	2250/- per annum
	(iv) If possess permit for more than three vehicles	2500/- per annum "
