Body NOTIFICATION No. F.4(4) FD/Tax/2001-92, Dated: 29th November, 2010.

In exercise of the Powers conferred by sub-section (3A) of section 8 of the Rajasthan Value Added Tax Act, 2003 (Act No. 4 of 2003), the State Government being of the opinion that it is expedient in public interest so to do, hereby makes the following amendment in Schedule II appended to the said Act, namely:-

AMENDMENT

In schedule II appended to the said Act, after the existing serial number 43 and entries thereto the following new serial number and entries thereto shall be added namely:-

Food, Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs Department, Government of Rajasthan

For the sale of imported soya oil through Public Distribution System to the consumers of the State.
