The Assam Value Added Tax Act, 2003. Notifications

Body NOTIFICATION No. FTX. 55/2005/Pt/156, Dated 3rd November, 2010.

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Assam value Added Tax, Act, 2003 (Assam Act VIII of 2005), the Governor of Assam is hereby pleased to make the following modifications in Serial Nos. 33 and 34 of the Notification No. FTX. 55/2005/Pt/128, dated 18th May, 2009, except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such modification , namely: -

33	Superintendent of Taxes and Inspector of Taxes, Mangaldoi Unit.	Mangaldoi	The whole area covered by Darrang District and areas under the Kalaigaon and Mazbat Police Station of Udalguri District.
34	Superintendent of Taxes and Inspector of Taxes, Tangla Unit.	Tangla	The whole area covered by Udalguri district except areas under the Kalaigaon and Mazbat Police Stations of Udalguri District.

This notification shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.
