In exercise to the powers conferred by sub-section (3A) of section 8 of the Rajasthan Value Added Tax Act, 2003 (Act No. 4 of 2003), the State Government being of the opinion that it is expedient in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following amendment in schedule II appended to the said Act, with immediate effect, namely :-

In schedule II appended to the said Act, in column No. 2 against serial number 30, for the existing expression 'and M/s Numaligarh Refinery Ltd.", the expression ", M/s Numaligarh Refinery Ltd. and M/s. Essar Oil Ltd." shall be substituted
