In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 15-B of the Chhattisgarh Value Added Tax Act, 2005 (No.2 of 2005), the State Government hereby makes the following amendments in the notification No. F-10/62/2008/CT/V(52) dated 12-09-2008:-

AMENDMENT

In the said notification for the figure "30-09-2010" the figure "31-12-2010" shall be substituted.
