In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 71 of the Chhattisgarh Value Added Tax Act, 2005 (No.2 of 2005), the State Government hereby makes the following amendments in the Chhattisgarh Value Added Tax Rules, 2006, namely,-

AMENDMENT

In the said Rule, in rule 80 for the figure "60" the word and figure "31st May, 2006" shall be substituted.

This amendment shall be deemed to have come into force with effect from 01-04-2006.
