In exercise to the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 8 of the Rajasthan Value Added Tax Act, 2003 (Act No. 4 of 2003), the State Government being of the opinion that it is expedient in the public interest so to do, hereby exempts the registered dealers engaged in execution of works contract from tax payable on transfer of property in goods involved in execution of works contracts relating to construction and cremation facility on such place of cremation where funeral are made through LPG or electrical energy and are open to all sections of the society.
