Body NOTIFICATION No. F12(77) FD/Tax/2010-70., Dated 6th September, 2010

In exercise to the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 8 of the Rajasthan Value Added Tax Act, 2003 (Act No. 4 of 2003), the State Government being of the opinion that it is expedient in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following amendment in schedule I appended to the said Act, with immediate effect, namely :-

In schedule I appended to the said Act, after the existing serial number 111 and entries thereto, the following new serial number and entries thereto shall be added namely :-

Commercial LPG used for cremation, Equipments of cremation including parts and accessories thereof, used in cremation through LPG or electrical energy.

When purchased by such cremation centers which are open to all sections of the society.
