In exercise of the powers conferred under Section 23 read with Section 13 of the Jharkhand Value Added Tax Act, 2005 (Jharkhand Act 05,2006), the Governor of Jharkhand is pleased to amend the Sl.No. 86D of the Schedule II Part B appended to Jharkhand Value Added Tax Act, 2005 vide notification no. S. O. 80 dated 31.03.2010 in the following manner :-

86D. Motor Parts i.e. Parts of motor vehicles but excluding Chasis and Engines.

This Notification shall come into force with effect from the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.
