In exercise of the powers conferred by second proviso to sub-section (1) of section 20-A of the Madhya Pradesh Vat Act, 2002 (No.20 of 2002), the State Government, hereby, extends to 31st August, 2010 the date of filing of returns/revised returns as specified in sub-clause (i) of clause (a) of the said sub-section pertaining to the year 2009-10, with an interest of 0.5% per month, which shall be in addition to the interest payable in accordance with the provision of clause (a) of sub-section (4) of section 18.
