In exercise of the powers conferred by section 15-A of the Chhattisgarh Value Added Tax Act, 2005 (No. 2 of 2005), the State Government hereby makes the following amendment in Schedule-II of the said Act:-

AMENDMENT

In S.No. 86 of part-2 of said Schedule the words "G.I. Pipe, C.I. Pipe" shall be omitted.

2. This amendment shall be effect from 01-01-2010.
