In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3A) of section 8 of the Rajasthan Value Added Tax Act, 2003 (Act No. 4 of 2003), the State Government being of the opinion that it is necessary so to do, hereby makes the following amendments in Schedule II appended to the said Act, namely:

AMENDMENT

In Schedule II appended to the said Act, after the existing serial number 40 and entries thereto, shall be substituted by the following, namely:-

"40 Registered Dealer engaged in manufacturing Bitumen Emulsion and Modified Bitumen within the state.
