In exercise of the powers conferred by section 15-B of the Chhattisgarh Value Added Tax Act, 2005 (No. 2 of 2005), the State Government hereby makes the following amendment in notification No. F-10/62/2008/CT/V ( 52 ) dated 12-09-2008:-

In the said notification for the figure "30-06-2010" related to period of the notification, the figure "30-09-2010" shall be substituted:-
