In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 21 of the Rajasthan Value Added Tax Act, 2003 (Act No. 4 of 2003), I, Niranjan Arya, Commissioner Commercial Taxes, Rajasthan, Jaipur, being of the opinion that it is expedient in the public interest so to do, hereby extend the date of submission of the fourth quartlerly return (i.e. For the period ending March 31, 2010) for the year 2009-10, to be furnished by a dealer under sub-rule (1) of Rule 19 of the Rajasthan Value Added Tax Rules, 2006 up to 30-05.2010.
