In exercise of the powers conferred by proviso to sub-section (1) of Section 10-A of the Madhya Pradesh Vat Act, 2002 (No.20 of 2002), the State Government, hereby, specifies the process of Manufacture of flour, atta, maida suji, rawa and deliya for the purpose of the said proviso

2 This notification shall come into force with effect from 26.112009.
