In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 79-A of the Jammu and Kashmir Value Added Tax Act, 2005, the Government hereby direct that for the words and figures "31st March, 2010," appearing in para two of Notification SRO 91 dated 16th March, 2006 the words and figures "31st March, 2011," shall be substituted.

This Notification Shall come into force w.e.f. 01-04-2010
