In exercise to the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 8 of the Rajasthan Value Added Tax Act,2003 (Act No. 4 of 2003), the State Government being of the opinion that it is expedient in public interest so to do, hereby makes the following amendments in Schedule I appended to the Act, with immediate effect, namely: -

AMENDMENTS

(i) the existing serial numbers 27A, 62, and entries thereto shall be deleted.

(ii) after the existing serial number 105 and entries thereto the following new serial numbers and entries thereto shall be added, namely:-

106	Battery driven motor vehicle
107	Solar energy equipment
108	Mehandi cone
109	Beehive, Bee-colony, Bee-box
110	Rudraksh
