In Notification No. 234/2010/TC 294/XXVII(8)2007 Dated 26-02-2010 issued by the Uttarakhand Shasan Vitta Anubhag-8, for the words "March 01, 2010" occurring in the last line of para 2 the words "April 01, 2010" shall be substituted and after para 2 of the said notification the following lines shall be inserted-

"However, the provisions of this notification shall not apply in relation to the special provisions regarding rate of tax made in clause (a) of sub-section (7) of Section 4 and proviso thereunder and in the provisos of sub section (3) and (8) of section 6 of the said Act."

2- The additional Tax realised by the dealers in pursuance of the notification no. 234 dated 26.02.2010 from 01-03-2010 till the issuance of this notification shall be deposited as per rules into the Government exchequer.

3- The above notification shall be deemed modified upto this extent.
