In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 70-A of the Madhya Pradesh VAT Act, 2002 (No.20 of 2002), the State Government, hereby makes the following further amendment in schedule II to the said Act namely:-

AMENDMENT

In Schedule-II of the said Act, in part III in column (3), against serial number 4 for the figure "23" the figure "12.5" shall be substituted

2. The amendment shall be come inot force from the date of issue.
