Whereas, the State Government considers it necessary that the following amendments in the Madhya Pradesh Vat Rules, 2006 should be made at once without previous publication in the Official Gazette;

Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 71 of the Madhya Pradesh Vat Act, 2002 (No. 20 of 2002), the State Government, hereby, makes the following further amendment in the Madhya Pradesh Vat Rules, 2006, namely:-

Amendment

In the Notification No. F-A-3-19/2009/1/V/28 which was published in the Madhya Pradesh Gazette (Extra-ordinary) dated 27th October, 2009 and which was pertaining to amendment in the Madhya Pradesh Vat Rules, 2006, in the Commencement Note occuring at the end, in clause (2) for the words and figures "third quarter of the financial year 2009-10", the words and figures "first quarter of the financial year 2010-11" shall be substituted.
