In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 30 of the Tamil Nadu Value Added Tax Act, 2006 (Tamil Nadu Act 32 of 2006), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby makes the following variation to the Commercial Taxes and Registration Department Notification No.II(1)/CTR/52(a)/2007, published at page 1 of Par II-Section 1 of he Tamil Nadu Government Gazette, Extraordinary, dated the 8th August 2007 :-

VARIATION

In the said Notification, for the expression "snuff and cheroot", the expression "snuff, cheroot and chewing tobacco" shall be substituted.
