In exercise of the powers under sub-section (4) of section 4 of the Uttat Pradesh Value Added Tax Act, 2008 [U.P.Act no.5 of 2008], the Governor is pleased to make with effect from April 01, 2010 the following amendments in Schedule II to the said Act:-

AMENDMENT

In the said Schedule II, in Part-C, for entry at serial numbers 264, the following entry shall column wise be substituted namely:-
