In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) section 8 of the Rajasthan Value Added Tax Act, 2003 (Act No. 4 of 2003), the State Government being of the opinion that it is expedient in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following amendment in this department's Notification No.F.12(94)FD/Tax/07-55 Dated 31-08-09, namely:-

In the said Notification, the existing expression "invoice" shall be substituted by the expression "VAT invoice/invoice".
