NOTIFICATION No.F.12(124)FD/Tax/09-62 Dated 26th November, 2009

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 8 of the Rajasthan Value Added Tax Act, 2003 (Act No. 4 of 2003), the State Government being of the opinion that it is expedient in public interest so to do, hereby makes the following amendment in this Department's notification No. F.12(85) FD/Tax/07-58 dated 29.08.2008 (as amended from time to time), namely:-

In the said notification, the existing expression "exceeds 25%" shall be substituted by the expression "exceeds 14%".

This shall have effect from 01.01.2010.
