In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3A) of section 8 of the Rajasthan Value Added Tax Act, 2003 (Act No. 4 of 2003), the State Government being of the opinion that it is expedient in public interest so to do, hereby makes the following amendment in Schedule-II appended to the said Act, namely :-

In Schedule-II appended to the said Act, the existing expression "w.e.f. 01.01.2009" in column number 3 against serial number 28 shall be substituted by the expression "w.e.f. 01.01.2010."
