In exercise of powers conferred under sub-section (4) of section 3 A A of the Bihar Value Added Tax Act, 2005 (Act. No. 27 of 2005), the Governor of Bihar is pleased to exempt the supply of 16,600 Quintal Rice on free of cost basis allotted by Central Government to establish 415 Gramin Grain Banks in thirteen districts of the State from the levy of Additional Tax with immediate effect.
