In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 23 of the Jharkhand Value Added Tax Act 2005 (as amended by Amendment Act no.21 of 2006), the Governor of Jharkhand is pleased to amend the Part-B of Schedule-II of the Act in the following manner: -

Amendment

A new serial no. as serial no. 32A in Schedule II Part B shall be inserted by the following:

Sl. No.	Description of goods	"HSN" Code means "Harmonised System of Nomenclature"

32A	Components, accessories & spare parts of firearms, weapons and ammunitions sold to the ordanance factories, Government of India.

This Notification shall be effective from the date of its publication in the official Gazette.
