In exercise to the powers conferred by sub-section (3A) of section 8 of the Rajasthan Value Added Tax Act, 2003 (Act No. 4 of 2003), the State Government being of the opinion that it is expedient in public interest so to do, hereby makes the following amendment in Schedule-II appended to the said Act, namely :-

In Schedule-II appended to the said Act, after existing serial number 34 and entries thereto, the following new serial number and entries thereto shall be added. With effect from April 1, 2009, namely :-

Dealers having license for retail off, issued by the Excise Department, Government of Rajasthan.
