In exercise of the powers conferred by sub rule (1) of Rule 17 A of the Maharashtra Value Added Tax Rules, 2005, the Commissioner of Sales Tax, Maharashtra State hereby provides that the dealers who are liable to get the Account audited as per the provision of Section 61 of the Maharashtra Value Added tax Act, 2002, in respect of the periods starting on or after 1 April, 2008, shall on or after 1st October, 2009, electronically upload the Audit Report in Form 704, Provided on the web site of the Sales Tax Department.
