In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of Section 21 of the Rajasthan. Value Added Tax Act, 2003 (Act No. 4 of 2003), I, B.N. Sharma, Commissioner, Commercial Taxes, Rajasthan, being of the opinion that it is expedient in the public interest so to do hereby extend the date of submision of the first quarterly return (i.e. For the period ending on 30th June, 2009 for the year 2009-10, up to August 16, 2009.
