In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of Section 21 of the Rajasthan. Value Added Tax Act, 2003 (Act No. 4 of 2003), I, B.N. Sharma, Commissioner, Commercial Taxes, Rajasthan, being of the opinion that it is expedient in the public interest so to do hereby makes the following amendment in this department's notification no. F.16(375)/Tax/VAT/CCT/06-302 dated April 29,.2009, as amended from time to time, namely

In the said notification, the existing expression "up to July 31st, 2009" shall be substituted by the expression "up to August 16, 2009".
