In exercise of the powers conferred by entry 9 of part-III of Schedule II of the Madhya Pradesh Vat Act, 2002 (No. 20 of 2002), and in supersession of this department's notification No. FA-5-1/06/1/V(70) Dated 15.09.2006 and No. FA-3-1-08-1-V(07), dated 27.03.2008, the State Government, hereby, specifies "old or second hand motor car" which is sold by a dealer registered under the Act and which is registered in the State of Madhya Pradesh under the Motor Vehciles Act, 1988, for the purpose of the said entry.

2. This Notification shall come into force with effect from 03/08/2009.
