In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 1 of the Madhya Pradesh Vat (Amendment) Act, 2009 (No. 9 of 2009) the State Government hereby, appoints the 01 August, 2009, as the date on which the provision of the said Act shall come into force.
