In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3A) of section 8 of the Rajasthan Value Added Tax Act, 2003 (Act No. 4 of 2003), the State Government being of the opinion that it is necessary so to do in the public interest, hereby makes the following amendments in Schedule II appended to the said Act, with immediate effect, namely: -

AMENDMENTS

In Schedule II appended to the said Act, after the existing serial number 33, the following new serial number 34 and entries thereto shall be added, with effect from 28.07.2009namely:

Registered dealers purchasing timber of babool, mango or sheesham from registered dealer of the State.
