In exercise to the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 8 of the Rajasthan Value Added Tax Act, 2003 (Act No. 4 of 2003), the State Government being of the opinion that it is expedient in public interest so to do, hereby makes the following amendments in Schedule I appended to the said Act, with effect from 15.07.2009 namely:-

In Schedule I appended to the said Act, after the existing serial number 100 and entries thereto, the following new serial number and entries thereto shall be added, namely:-
