In exercise to the powers conferred by sub-section (5) of section 4 of the Rajasthan Value Added Tax Act, 2003 (Act No. 4 of 2003), the State Government being of the opinion that it is expedient in public interest so to do, hereby makes the following amendments in Schedule IV appended to the said Act, with effect from 15.07.2009 namely:-

AMENDMENTS

In Schedule IV appended to the said Act,-

(i) in Column number 2 againt serial number 153, the existing expression "isabgul husk," shall be deleted.

(ii) in part B, the existing serial number 241 and entries theretoshall be deleted.
