In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 79 of the Andhra Pradesh Value Added Tax Act, 2005 (Andhra Pradesh Act No.5 of 2005), the Government hereby makes the following amendment to Schedule-I appended to the said Act.

2. The amendment hereby made shall be deemed to have come into force on 24.03.2008..

AMENDMENT

In the said Act, in Schedule-I, after Serial No.60, the following entry shall be added, namely:

"61. Goods sold to transit passengers both incoming and outgoing, at the duty free shops established at the Rajiv Gandhi International Airport, Shamshabad, Ranga Reddy District"
