In exercise of the powers conferred by sub section (1) of section 70-A of the Madhya Pradesh Vat Act, 2002 (No 20 of 2002 ) the State Government hereby, makes the following further amendments in Schedule I and II of the said Act, namely:-

AMENDMENTS

1. In Schedule I of the said Act, in column (2) against serial number 28, for the words "Raw wool", the words "Raw wool and wool tops" shall be substituted

2. In Schedule II of the said Act, in Part II, in column (2) against serial number 70, for the words "Parts thereof", the words "Parts thereof and railway signalling equipments" shall be substituted
