Body NOTIFICATION No S.O.95.- No.F.12(84)FD/Tax/2009-10 Dated 8th July, 2009

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3A) of section 8 of the Rajasthan Value Added Tax Act, 2003 (Act No. 4 of 2003), the State Government being of the opinion that it is necessary so to do in the public interest, hereby makes the following amendments in Schedule II appended to the said Act, with immediate effect, namely: -

AMENDMENTS

In Schedule II appended to the said Act,-

(i) the existing serial number 16 and entries thereto shall be deleted;

(ii) after the existing serial number 31, the following new serial numbers and entries thereto shall be added, namely:

"32.	Registered dealers selling laboratory equipments to Schools in the State.
33	Registered dealers selling equipments and chemicals for Central Effluent Treatment Plants.	"
