In exercise of the powers conferred by section 15-A of the Chhattisgarh Value Added Tax Act, 2005 (No. 2 of 2005), the State Government hereby makes the following amendment in part-III of Schedule-II of the said Act:-

AMENDMENT

In column (3) against S.No. 1 and 2 for the figure "22" the figure "25" shall be substituted.

2. This notification shall come into force from 1st June, 2009.
