In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (8) of Section 2 of the Rajasthan Value Added Tax Act, 2003 (Act No. 4 of 2003) the State Government being of the opinion that it is expedient in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following amendment in this department's Notification No. F. 4(1) FD / Tax/ 2001-129 dated 13.02.2007, namely:-

AMENDMENT

In the said notification after the existing serial number 17 and entries thereto, the following new serial number 18 and entries thereto shall be added, namely :-

" 18. Lime stone including Kota Stone."
