In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 79 of the Andhra Pradesh Value Added Tax Act, 2005 (Andhra Pradesh Act No.5 of 2005), the Government hereby makes the following amendment to the First Schedule and Fourth Schedule to the said Act.

2. The amendment shall be deemed to have comes into force on and from 01.03.2009..

AMENDMENT

In the said Act-

(1) in Schedule-I, for the entry 45, the following shall be substituted, namely:-

"Cotton Fabrics, Man made fabrics, woollen fabrics and textile made-ups"

(2) In Schedule-IV, in the entry 52, the words "and all other made-ups" shall be omitted.
